Katherine Baxley was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. She graduated cum laude from Emerson College in Boston, Massachusetts in 2003 with a B.S. in integrated marketing and communications and returned to New Orleans to receive her J.D. from Loyola University in 2008. She is a member of the state bars of Texas and Louisiana.

Katherine Baxley’s practice is focused on real estate and business organizations law. Ms. Baxley’s experience includes commercial real estate purchase and sale transactions, office, retail and restaurant lease transactions representing landlords and tenants, banking and finance transactions representing both lenders and borrowers, and business entity formation and governance matters. Ms. Baxley has also represented clients in connection with foreclosures, sales and acquisitions of real property in bankruptcy and creditors rights and trustee representation in bankruptcy cases.
