Mr. Hagan was born in Carbondale, Illinois. He received a B.B.A. in Accounting and Finance and J.D. from the University of Texas at Austin where he served as a Teaching Quizmaster. His honorary associations and fraternities include Phi Eta Sigma and Delta Tau Delta. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, is board certified in Commercial Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and licensed to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Texas.
